S. T. M. A boss, Lawyer FF Faidoo and Assembly releases 2025 projects implemented under the DACF

The Office of the Mayor of the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly (STMA) has released all District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) projects executed by the Assembly in the year 2025.

These projects were undertaken under the leadership of the Metropolitan Chief Executive (Mayor), Hon. F. F. Faidoo, as part of the Assembly’s commitment to improving infrastructure, service delivery, and the overall socio-economic development of Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis.

Details of the projects, including their locations, scope, and implementation status, were released to ensure transparency, accountability, and public awareness.

• 6 Unit Classroom block with ancillary facilities for Nana Kobina Gyan Primary School at ADIEMBRA, SEKONDI CONSTITUENCY
• 2 unit Kg block with office, store, kitchen and enclosed fencing in SEKONDI CONSTITUENCY
• 3 unit Classroom block (concrete roof) with ancillary facilities for Prophet Nkansah Primary School in KOJOKROM IN ESSIKADO KETAN CONSTITUENCY
• Community Based health planning services (CHPS) compound with supply of furniture at ESHIEM and KANSAWRODO in ESSIKADO KETAN CONSTITUENCY
• Completion and Rehabilitation of ESSIKADO KETAN SUB METRO Office Block
• 6 seater water Closet toilet facility with mechanized borehole for MPINTSIN M. A Zion basic school in ESSIKADO KETAN CONSTITUENCY
• 6 Seater W. C toilet facility with mechanized borehole for St Annes Basic School in BAKAEKYIR in SEKONDI CONSTITUENCY
• 6 Seater W. C toilet facility with polytank stand and water connection for AHANTA MAMPONG Basic school in ESSIKADO KETAN CONSTITUENCY
• Drilling and Construction of Mechanized boreholes with 10,000 lts Polytank in ESSIKAFO AMBANTEM No 3, NEW TAKORADI CROSSING AREA, AIRPORT RIDGE, BEACH ROAD, ADAKOPE, RAILWAY QUARTERS, TYPE C, all in TAKORADI CONSTITUENCY.
• Drilling and Construction of mechanized boreholes with 10000lts Polytank in ADIEMBRA, KWEIKUMA all in SEKONDI CONSTITUENCY
• Drilling and Construction of mechanized borehole with 10000trs Polytank in NTAAMAKROM In ESSIKADO KETAN CONSTITUENCY
• Construction of Fence wall and Repair of roof Leakages for BISHOP O’RORKE ANGLICAN BASIC SCHOOL in TAKORADI CONSTITUENCY
• External Minor Repairs and Painting of STMA main office Block in SEKONDI

These projects are timely and will address basic needs of the people of the metropolis.
